Getting There
Depart Toronto on Air Canada Flight #1792 at 12:40pm.
Arrive into Quebec City at 2:05pm.
Upon arrival take a taxi together to your hotel ~ about 25 mins from the airport.

Thursday, October 27th
Welcome to Quebec City! Arrive at your hotel to check in. You have some time to relax and unpack, and perhaps you may want to walk around and explore the area.
6:00pm – Meet for pre dinner cocktails at the Sam Bistro. Drop in at any time.
7:20pm – Dinner reservation at Sagamité. Meet in the lobby at 7:20pm and walk the five minutes down Rue Saint-Louis to the restaurant at 68 1/2 rue Saint-Louse. Dinner is at 7:30 pm.
Dining at Sagamité
After traveling many various parts of the world to demonstrate the wealth of their culture and traditions, the team at the Sagamité Restaurant opened their first restaurant in 1999 to share their gifts with the people of Quebec at home in Wendake. The name “Sagamité” designates a traditional Wendat soup-meal.
In July 2019, a second Sagamité restaurant was opened and since then has been introducing First Nations gastronomy to visitors to the historic district of Quebec City. The restaurant has traced the path of Aboriginal gastronomy, over time with an emphasis on local game. It is an establishment of choice for a clientele curious to live a gourmet and cultural experience at the same time.
Friday, October 28th
7am – Breakfast service starts at the Place Dufferin restaurant, located on the Dufferin Terrace.
9:30am – 12:30pm – Firm Meeting on the Lobby Level in the Salon des Gouverneurs. There will be coffee and snacks available at the meeting.
2:00 – 3:30pm – Partner’s Meeting is in the Salon des Gouverneurs.
1:00 – 5:15pm – Hikers – Those heading out for a hike in Jacques-Cartier National Park will leave from the hotel lobby at 1pm. A takeaway lunch will be available on the bus. You will return to the hotel at approximately 5:15 pm.
Your guide will lead you on a hike to explore beautiful trails in the national park and to taste several local products. By the edge of a river and through the heart of the forest, the trail will take you to a wonderful viewpoint to look out over the valley of the national park. Don’t forget to wear good shoes for hiking and dress appropriately as it is fall in Quebec, and the hike will proceed – rain or shine.
6:45pm – Meet in the lobby to walk to dinner.
7:00pm – Dinner reservation at Le Continental, only a five minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant is located at 26 Rue Saint-Louis.
Dining at Le Continental
Le Continental opened in 1956 and is an institution in old Quebec City. Le Continental will charm you with its intimate atmosphere, and its culinary shows. Their specialty is flambé meals prepared table-side, creating a unique experience that you’ll have a hard time forgetting. Their menu is French inspired dishes with a Quebec flair. Dishes from the land and sea are served. You’ll see the classic Filet Mignon and Braised veal, as well as snow crab, shrimp, and salmon.
Saturday, October 29th
Have breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, Place Dufferin, open from 7am.
Find a “buddy” and grab a taxi to the airport. Your Air Canada flight departs at 10:10am – don’t be late!
