Jumeirah Al Qasr
The Jumeirah Al Qasr is inspired by traditional Arabesque designs situated right on the beach. Comprised of lovely canal-like waterways and manicured tropical gardens that lead to a mile-long beach, the grounds are particularly impressive, as is the selection of facilities – a rock climbing wall, spa, playground for kids, and fitness centre among them.
When you arrive you’ll feel like royalty as you pass along a picture perfect, tree-lined avenue leading to the majestic Al Qasr. It was modelled after the Sheik’s summer palaces. Ornate columns line the entrance, and inside the decor really takes flight – a dizzying array of arabesque tiling, intricate balustrades, and Mashrabiya (carved latticework) motifs adorn the lobby.
The Al Qasr hotel’s idyllic surroundings are set within the private Madinat Jumeirah resort – a luxurious expanse of waterways, manicured lawns, and a stretch of white-sand beach. The resort is central in Dubai and has easy access to most of Dubai’s main attractions, such as the Wild Wadi Water Park (with free entry for guests) and Mall of the Emirates – both within five to 10 minutes’ drive.
